Who are we and what do we do?

Precision Homes is an award winning company, building beautiful bespoke homes, that are both affordable and of the highest quality.
Each home being individually, custom designed to suit your wants and needs and finished to the highest standards.

Run by Director and Owner Andrew Butts, with a high performing team of builders who follow the same ethos of quality as Andrew.
We strive for quality in all aspects of your home and pride ourselves on our high quality workmanship and attention for detail.

We are based in Franklin and service the greater Auckland region as well as Northern Waikato. We have been known to wander further afield on occasion but keep mostly to our own backyard.

History...

The company was started in 2012 by the current owner and managing director, Andrew Butts.
Andrew begun his building career in 2000 and soon after became a fully qualified builder.
Moving on to become a foreman for one of South Auckland's top building companies before venturing out on his own.

He started out in partnership as part of NZ Premier Builders and NZ Premier Homes Ltd for 6 years. Completing many large projects in the area.
After 6 years he was ready to head out and do his own thing and after becoming a Licensed Building Practitioner, started Precision Homes NZ Ltd in 2012.
He set about creating a company that would build high quality, bespoke homes for his clients without costing them the earth. And that is exactly what he has done.

To be able to design and build these projects to the highest quality, Andrew has built up an amazing team, all of them with that same drive and passion for quality that Andrew himself has.

We have a wonderful. talented Sales and Design consulatnt Amanda, helping to walk you through all aspects of your build from start to finish. She will be there to offer assistence as you make your way through the building process, and having been through it herself is very capable and also has a great eye for deatil.

You will also be in contact with our accounts extroidinaire Karin, making sure everything in the office is running smoothly, working very hard and always with a smile. She keeps everyone in check and ensures all the is are dotted and ts crossed so each job can run efficently.

Then last but in no way not least we have our wonderful team of craftsmen! These guys work hard to ensure your home is built both beautifully and efficiently with the guidance of our project manager and magic maker Hans. Hans helps to keep the sites in check and help keep the day to day running of the sites under control. Making sure everything is running smoothly, everything is being done to the highest standard and overseeing the other subcontractors that are working on each site. All of these guys make quality their top priority, no matter how small a detail they will ensure it is still completed to the highest standard.
