How it works...

We do House and Land Packages slightly differently at Precision Homes.
It follows our ethos of building bespoke homes and our thinking that each home should be custom designed to suit the individual client as well as the section they are building on. With that in mind we don't always have set plans for each section we have available. We have a list of sections that we have you can choose from and some ideas of plans that may suit the site. We will then work with you and our draftsmen to come up with a design that suits how you and your family will live and what things you want in your new home.

We have some sections above that we have had plans drawn up for to give you an idea of what would fit well on those sites and to give you a starting point if your not sure exactly what you would like. These plans can be completely changed however to suit your families needs and wants.
The sections we have available are always changing so keep checking in to see what new sections come up.

If nothing here is quite suitable though and your keen to get something sorted. Come and talk to us and we can also help you to find a different section in any of our current subdivisions or elsewhere that might be more to your liking.
We have had plenty of experience in purchasing sections and working with developers so if it's all a bit daunting for you this is the best option
